This is the continuation of my previous post.So if you are trying to configure a website from the scratch,Please follow my last post here.
From my previous posts,you may understand How to buy and transfer your domain to the Hosting provider.Now let us look how to configure the control panel.
Initially Login to your Control Panel.
To add your domain click on Add Domain
Add your domain name here and click on save changes.Now you have created space for your Domain and you are ready to deploy your files.
After adding the domain,these are the configurations you need to host your website.
You can create your official mail like “firstname.lastname@example.org” from this section .It provides the mailbox which can even be connected with your Gmail or any other service providers.
There are lot of applications provided by your hosting provider to build your website.It includes the web applications like WordPress,Joomla and Drupal.
In this section ,you will have all your website files.You can edit,modify and delete your website files from here.
All your database files can be accessed from here.You can create a new DB or even import your DB from local system.It also provides “phpmyadmin” panel where you can create your own sql tables and create a new database.
It helps to identify your website stats,Storage,monthly visitors,etc.
Here you can create users,set their role,provide them permissions to access the website etc.
Here you will have all your settings to configure your website.Here you can Backup and restore your websites,schedule backups.You can even find all your hosting options from this section.
